If for some reason your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please don't hesitate to contact me at hello@divinefeminineforce.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. I'll do my best to make it right quickly.

Once the package gets to the courier tho, the way the package gets handled is out of my control.
