What is your Return Policy?

I hope you love everything you order from Divine Feminine Force, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay.


Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible:

  • If your item is unopened and in its original packaging, you're welcome to return it for a refund.
  • If it’s been opened but is still unused and in original condition, I can offer you a store credit instead.

Please email me before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Sale items and subscription boxes are ineligible for return. If you have received a defective item, please contact me at hello@divinefeminineforce.com for assistance with your return.

All returns are accepted at the discretion of Divine Feminine Force. I ask that you please ensure your return is packaged in a way that it will be received undamaged. Used items will not be refunded or credited.

Divine Feminine Force cannot be held responsible for shipments that do not arrive at Divine Feminine Force. Therefore, consider sending your shipment by registered and insured mail.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact me at hello@divinefeminineforce.com or reply to your order confirmation email.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • Whether the item is opened or unopened

If your return is approved, I’ll send you the return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit
  • If your return brings the order below the free shipping threshold (€100 for European orders), standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me at hello@divinefeminineforce.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. I'll do my best to make it right quickly.


Gift With Purchase

IMPORTANT: If your order included a Gift With Purchase and you return any portion of the order, disqualifying you from the gift, I ask that you please return your unopened and unused gift. Should the gift not be returned, the value of the gift will be subtracted from the refund or store credit if the return disqualifies the order from gift eligibility.


Items That Can't Be Returned

*Items that are currently non-returnable and non-refundable include:

  • Gifts With Purchase
  • Last Call/Sale Items
  • Mystery Grab Bags
  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Products
  • Custom or Personalised Items
  • Subscription Boxes
  • Items that have been used
  • Items delivered more than 14 days ago

Returns received that fall outside of the return policy will not be credited. Refused packages are the responsibility of the customer, and not Divine Feminine Force. Once your return is received and processed, I'll reach out to you.


Refunds & Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your return:

  • Unopened items will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Opened items (in good condition) will be issued as a store credit

For approved refunds, the entire purchase price (including shipping) will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.
